The couple has been dating since 2021. Adele revealed the big news to the sold-out crowd of 74,000 when she read a sign a fan was holding in the audience that said, “Will you marry me?” “I can’t marry you,” Adele replied, as she held up her left hand to indicate a sparkling engagement ring on her finger while the crowd cheered their support. “‘Cause I’m already getting married.”

Engagement rumors swirled around Adele and Paul back in 2022, when the music superstar attended the BRIT Awards with a diamond on her ring finger. During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show shortly after, Adele dismissed those engagement rumors, “As if I would ever tell anyone if I was or wasn’t.” Adele was previously married to Simon Konecki, with whom she shares her only child, Angelo.
