The arrest came after music producer Amadou “Abe” Diaw filed a $16 million lawsuit against Brown in October 2023, alleging that the R&B superstar attacked him with a tequila bottle and stomped on him during the nightclub altercation, which resulted in him sustaining severe injuries. “A 36-year-old man was arrested at a hotel in Manchester on Thursday, 15 May on suspicion of grievous bodily harm,” London police said. “He has been taken into custody, where he remains.
